Powderfinger is heading back out on the road in 2027, playing 24 shows across Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Cairns.

Powderfinger has added additional capital city shows to their 2027 tour, after the first ticket pre-sale saw massive demand and long queues.

Powderfinger formed in 1989, and released five ARIA number one albums and won 18 ARIA Awards before their split.

Fans signed up for the artist and Telstra pre-sales this morning reported long waits as thousands of people attempted to score tickets to the hotly-anticipated tour.
